How do I determine the correct size for my racing gear?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For the best fit, we recommend measuring with your protective base layers or body armor on, as our performance fit is designed to accommodate standard racing safety equipment.
What is your return policy for technical apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and base layers must be completely unworn and in pristine condition to qualify for a refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping varies by location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Does FXR Racing gear come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. Most FXR products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care.
How should I clean and maintain my waterproof outerwear?
To preserve the technical membranes and DWR coatings, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle using a specialized technical fabric cleaner. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the water-repellent finish.
Do you offer international shipping and cover duties?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by their local government.
